This workshop is part of the Anyone Can Grow, Anywhere series, which has been offered for free to the community thanks to a Youth Climate Action Fund grant. The goal has been to teach sustainable gardening skills, build food sovereignty, and strengthen connections between local growers and residents. For this final workshop of the season, we’re closing out with a true celebration, a Harvest Party!
This will be a space to highlight and honor growers, farmers, and changemakers across Georgia. It’s all about community, abundance, and sharing. Bring your harvests and creations of the season, whether that’s a jar of homemade tomato sauce, fresh herbs, or anything else you’ve grown or made.

The creation of Food Well Alliance was made possible through funding from the founding benefactor, the James M. Cox Foundation, and through the vision of Jim Kennedy, chair of Cox Enterprises, and Bill Bolling, founder of the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Together, they saw an opportunity to build healthier communities across metro Atlanta by supporting and connecting members of our local food movement.
