The Atlanta Climate Tech (ACT) June event explores how innovative Atlanta-based organizations are using technology to provide solutions that eliminate food waste, distribute food to those in need and create a more sustainable system.

One-third of all food produced in the US is wasted, ultimately becoming a larger contributor to greenhouse gases than the airline industry - and yet, 26 million Americans struggle to get enough to eat. Atlanta is emerging as a dynamic center of innovation taking on this food waste challenge from a variety of angles.
