Growing Communities Workshop - Jonesboro

Join the American Community Gardening Association for a two-day leadership training for present or future community garden organizers. Participants will learn proven strategies that community organizers use to develop dynamic membership teams and create strong communities through a participatory approach. As a "train the trainers" session, attendees are provided with skills and strategies to implement best practices for community engagement and member participation.  Learn to grow a Beloved Community in which everyone is cared for, absent from hunger and hate.

Workshop includes lunch, hard copy of Growing Communities curriculum ($105 value) and tour of the Community Garden of Jonesboro

Lead trainer:  David Hill, Phoenix Arizona (past ACGA board member)
