Led by Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute, this two-day free training program is for food and farmer entrepreneurs looking to scale up their operations from their home to a commercial kitchen. The course will cover how to get a food license in Georgia, the difference between Cottage Food and Food Sales Establishments Licenses, tips for starting a food company, and complying with FDA, FSMA, and USDA regulations.
