This spring, Food Well Alliance, WABE, and WSB-TV Family 2 Family are excited to host Atlanta’s premier urban agriculture event and continue our tradition of celebrating the importance of healthy soil and urban agriculture. Soil Festival is on Saturday, May 4 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m at Atlanta’s historic Maddox Park.
Your ticket covers admission food, beverages, and activities including:
Food Trucks (choose from one of three local food vendors)
Beer Garden, local teas, and juices
Workshops on composting, beekeeping, gardening, and seed starting
Cooking demo
Local growers' panel discussion
Kids Corner
Compost Giveaway
Music
Yoga
And much more!
Plus, we’ll have a plant sale and farmers market with vendors selling locally crafted goods.
The cost of your ticket goes toward providing critical resources to over 300 local farms, community gardens, and orchards. This is a great way to support local growers while learning how to grow your own food. Get ready for a bigger, better Soil Festival!
