Dice, mix, and chop your way to the most amazing three course vegan meal! Each couple/single will have their own station and ingredients to create the following menu items below:
Appetizer: Cajun Chickpea Fritters with Remoulade Sauce
Main Entree: Vegan Gumbo over Coconut Jasmine Rice
Dessert: Vegan Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Sparkling Wine
