As part of observance of National Pollinator Week, come out for Oakhurst's Harmony Park for a stroll around the grounds to learn about the pollinator-friendly flowers and plants installed as part of the park's recent make-over.

Joe Lavallee, Lead Designer for Plants Creative Landscapes, will be on hand to talk about the variety of bee-friendly plants installed, why they are appropriate choices for the space, and how they help create a micro-environment for native pollinator species. Weather-permitting, Beecatur will also present a honeybee observation hive.
