School Garden Teacher Training- Beginner

Do you want to start a school garden?  Or do you have one that is not meeting your expectations?  Gain the skill set you need to begin a successful school garden through online learning, home experiments, and hands-on training. You’ll come away with the knowledge to create a thriving garden as well as lesson plans to connect to classroom standards. Join us for teacher training for beginners.

Or, Have you had success with your school garden and are ready to take it to another level?  Gain confidence in advanced topics like pollinator gardening, composting, advanced planting techniques and grant writing.  Join us for advanced teacher training.

Beginner Training

Includes:

• 5 hours of online education  
• Learning experiments to be completed at home
• In person workshop taught by Extension professionals
• Participants will receive a certificate of completion
• Network with other educators and subject experts

Cost $30.00 Includes at home learning package, workshop materials, and lunch
