On-Farm GAP & Food Safety Workshops Infrastructure Solutions & Food Safe Handling, Packaging, Storage, and Transport

WHO: Workshops geared toward small and limited resource farmers in Georgia.

TOPICS COVERED: The morning workshop will focus on practical farm infrastructure for small and limited-resource farms. In the afternoon, we will discuss pack house management and wholesaler requirements for packaging. Each workshop will feature a classroom section related to GAP practices and certification along with farm tour highlighting hands-on examples.

HOW TO REGISTER: Email billy@globalgrowers.org to receive a complete schedule and driving directions. Free coffee, tea, lunch from Merhaba Shawarma, and food safety templates provided to all participants. You can register for one or both workshops.
