Join Concrete Jungle for their first ever chef’s dinner on November 5! Chef Philip Meeker of Bright Seed has spent the 2017 season preserving fruits we’ve found all over Atlanta. With the help of Chef Ryan Smith of Staplehouse and Chef Sarah Dodge of 8 Arm, Philip will be showcasing the flavors of our city in this 10+ course meal served with cocktails, wine and beer. Julian Goglia of The Mercury will be preparing his famous Jackie O apple cocktail to kick off the evening.
All proceeds will help fund fruit harvests in 2018 as well as the printing of their upcoming Concrete Jungle cookbook. Diners will be able to preview the cookbook and take home a recipe or two.
Wild Heaven Beer will be offering a sneak peek of their upcoming Concrete Jungle barrel aged fruited quadrupel featuring apples, peaches, pears, persimmons, plums, mulberries and serviceberries foraged by Concrete Jungle.
