Urban growers can pick up FREE mulch from CHaRM this month

CHaRM is a nonprofit organization that works to create communities that care about a healthy and sustainable environment. The organization works to recycle household hazards (i.e. paint, electronics, tires, glass, mattresses and bulky items) and other reusable goods (i.e. cooking oil).

In addition, CHaRM receives tree clippings and tree stumps, which can be useful to urban growers.

For the month of January, CHaRM is giving away FREE mulch for urban growers on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are interested in picking up FREE mulch for your garden or farm, visit the CHaRM facility located at: 1110 Hill Street, Atlanta, GA 30315.

CHaRM's hours of operation are: Tuesday and Thursday, 9 am until 4 pm; and Saturday, 8 am until 4 pm.
